Our team is one of the largest Ruby on Rails-teams in Sweden. Today, beginning of 2014, the product team in Stockholm is around twenty people and consists of product owners, designers, frontend and rails developers. Now we want to expand our team with a person that has more deep knowledge about frontend techniques.
You also have a feeling for design and can give feedback about UX and UI when developing a new feature together with a designer. You have created many websites that looks really sharp and crisp, are responsive, that uses semantic markup with clean and tidy CSS. Some design choices in your work has been decided upon A/B-testing and you know how to setup tracking for user behaviour.
